Encryption

Each completed waiver preserves the exact document version signed, the signature, participant details, timestamp and timezone, consent disclosure, and signing activity.
Document version history
When you update a waiver, previous versions are retained so every record continues to reference the exact text the participant agreed to.
Your records stay yours
Export signed PDFs and your complete account at any time. Cancellation is self-service and includes 90 days of free read-only access.
Access controls
Staff accounts with role-based access and an activity log, so you can see who viewed and changed what.
Honest legal language
We preserve strong evidence of what was signed, by whom, and when. We do not claim that any waiver is automatically enforceable—that depends on your document, your process, and applicable law.
About electronic signatures and enforceability.
Electronic signatures are recognized in many jurisdictions, including under the US ESIGN Act and UETA. Waiver Studio is designed to support reliable electronic records: we preserve the exact version each participant signed, together with a full signing history and exportable PDFs. Electronic-signature recognition and waiver enforceability still depend on applicable law and circumstances, so have qualified counsel review the language your organization uses.
