Terms of service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

The service

Waiver Studio provides software for creating digital waivers, collecting electronic signatures, and storing and retrieving signed records. These terms are an agreement between Waiver Studio and the organization or person that creates an account (“you”).

Your content and your responsibility

You own the documents you upload and the records collected through them. You are responsible for the content of your waivers, for having the right to collect the information your documents request, and for how you use signed records.

Waiver Studio digitizes and presents the documents you provide. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not warrant that any document is enforceable or appropriate for your jurisdiction. Have qualified counsel review the language your organization uses.

Plans, billing, and overages

Paid plans include a monthly or annual allowance of signed waivers. Additional signed waivers are billed at the published overage rate; signing is never interrupted when you exceed an allowance. We notify you as you approach your allowance and never change your plan without your consent.

Cancellation and export

You can cancel self-service at any time, effective immediately for future billing. After cancellation you can export your complete account, keep free read-only access for 90 days, and permanently retain every PDF you download. An optional Pause Mode is available as published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to collect information you have no lawful basis to collect, to impersonate others, to distribute malicious content, or to violate applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or their records at risk, and will tell you why.

Service and liability

We work to keep the service available, secure, and accurate, and we describe our practices honestly on our Security page. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be announced to account holders in advance. Questions: hello@waiver.studio.
